Brittny helped me purchase my very first home a few years ago (which I still LOVE!)... I was nervous from start to finish but Brittny's confidence won me over. I had a firm idea of what I wanted & my target budget. Brittny respected those & rolled with them. I never felt pushed or stressed as if she was just trying to make a sell. She made suggestions, but was extremely open & welcoming to my choices in properties. Any home I wanted to see we were in there the next day. Brittny was flexible & available by phone, text, & email with prompt follow-up replies to communications received after business hours. Any issues or concerns I had throughout the process became her concerns, they were promptly handled or resolved. Even the home I eventually purchased, I questioned because it was outside of my initial target neighborhood...
